Personalized Approach
Posey Construction LLC officially launched in the fall of 2018 and is owned and operated by tony and sara posey. Tony, president and founder of Posey Construction LLC personally manages each and every job. From beginning concept to the final punch list, you will work side by side with Tony for the duration of your project.
Excellence and Professionalism
Rest assured that you are in good hands. We take pride in executing our projects with professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Tony has over 15 years of experience in the building trades and is a michigan licensed residential builder, an internachi certified home inspector and a member of the international code council. We carry full liability insurance as well. Your project will be treated as if it is our own.
Community Driven
We've built our business around being active in the community. Tony has been a full time firefighter in Traverse City for 19 years, is the co-founder and current board member of non-profit "Guns N Hoses", is involved in a local adopt a road program, and continually invests both time and money in community projects in our local area. A sense of pride in our community is a core value of ours.
