CERTIFIED HOME INSPECTIONS

Whether you are looking at purchasing your first home or your tenth

home, a home inspection is always a good idea and a sound piece of

mind, after-all, a house is one of the largest investments you'll ever make. 

Tony has been doing residential home inspections since 2013 and is a

Certified Professional Inspection (CPI) with InterNACHI. Our home

inspections include an in depth report that follow InterNACHI Standard

of Practice and Code of Ethics. We offer inspection services to both buyers

as well as sellers. We participate in the Move-In Certified® program for

sellers to "pre-inspect" a house before listing it. We are also certified in advanced electrical inspections, deck inspections, inspecting portable fire extinguishers, moisture intrusion, infrared thermography, and drone pilot training.

AERIAL PILOT SERVICES

Posey Construction LLC offers aerial pilot services in Northern Michigan!

We are licensed and registered with the FAA to provide aerial pilot services

for home inspections, property inspections,or real estate videography.

UNDERGROUND SPRINKLER SERVICES

Posey Construction LLC is pleased to continue to

provide the Grand Traverse area with underground

sprinkler system installation and maintenance.

These services were previously provided through

Ridge Run Landscapes LLC and continue to be

provided to this day through our construction

business. Tony has been installing and maintaining

underground sprinkler systems for more than 15 years.

We offer a wide variety of underground sprinkler services, including; consultation, computer aided design, maintenance, installation, and winterization services in the fall.
